All Levels Yoga Class
Did you know yoga can enhance strength and flexibility, promote and improve cardiovascular function, reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being and quality of life? This class is for everyone.
Prefer a one on one setting instead of a class? We offer that too.
- Single-Visit Class Drop-In 60 minute class $15
- Private Yoga Sessions are also available at Willow Tree Wellness Center for $40 per one hour session.
Yoga Class Description:
All Levels Yoga-60 minute class
6:30 PM — 7:30 PM
In this class, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
