All Levels Yoga Class

Join us at 6:30 PM on Tues­days in the summer! 

Did you know yoga can enhance strength and flex­i­bil­i­ty, pro­mote and improve car­dio­vas­cu­lar func­tion, reduce stress, anx­i­ety, depres­sion, and chron­ic pain, improve sleep, and enhance over­all well-being and qual­i­ty of life?  This class is for everyone.

Yoga Class Descrip­tion

All Lev­els Yoga-60 minute class 

6:30 PM — 7:30 PM

In this class, foun­da­tion­al yoga pos­tures are prac­ticed to align, strength­en and pro­mote flex­i­bil­i­ty in the body. Breath­ing tech­niques and med­i­ta­tion are also inte­grat­ed. You can expect an empha­sis on sim­plic­i­ty, rep­e­ti­tion, and ease of movement.
